Completion of Acquisition of Life Science Analytics Inc

The Board of Datamonitor plc, the leading provider of online global research and analysis for key industries, is pleased to confirm that following its announcement on 22 December 2005, Life Sciences Analytics Inc (“LSA”) shareholders have today approved the acquisition of LSA and the acquisition has been completed.
